Our main mission is not only serve food, but to give our customers a one of kind experience with authentic Mexican food. Our core ingredients used in Mexican cuisine are all imported from Mexico, including, cilantro, lime, avocado, jalapeño peppers. Always fresh produce that our team hand selects as the best quality for our customer. We go the extra mile, to try and have as much as produce, and variety of groceries. Our methods of cooking and preparing also are not the typical canned beans, or premade sauces.
We pride ourselves in our kitchen using methods used in Mexican kitchen such as the molcajete for our sauces, making our adobo, moles, and pozoles’ from scratch. The extraordinary comes from the love and passion our cooks and chefs have which makes us stand out to our customers. All of our bakery items are homemade in house with the same love and passion, to induce not only a lunch or dinner, but a full dining experience.
We are moving to this new location to give more comfort and space to our customers, we have been here for 15 years, and plan to be at our new spot for much longer. We always have background music, from all over latin America, in a nice level never too high nor too low. We have sometimes on weekends live music which we think our customers enjoy and look forward too. We see outdoor dining in the future, and when It comes, it will be done the right way.
We do not specialize in vegan/vegetarian, but we do offer and love our veggies, from grilled cactus salad, pumpkin flower, huitclacoche (corn mushroom) and grilled zucchinis and potatoes. We will always have something for you.
